Un día, uno de los clientes So-yeon muere en el ascensor, dejando a su gato Bi-dan atrás. El misterio de quién mató a la mujer en el ascensor no se conoce, y el gato es el único testigo.
Por otro lado, So-yeon comienza a tener pesadillas en las que ve a una niña que siempre vuelve a perseguir sus sueños.
